These thing are great. I saw your scaffolding around the chimney… Gotta

Don’t worry, so do/did I. I was extremely nervous when I reached the roof
line and stepped out for the first time. If I was in the States and you
were selling the bucket truck, I would buy it in an instant!

Good feeling at the end. You’ve conquered the garage!

I’m no pro carpenter but I have lots of experience and I’m pretty sure your
20 foot span with those 2×12’s is too much especially with a 5th floor.
Did you have it inspected? Did you have an engineer sign off on your
    design?

still not sure why you didn’t use micro-lam beams so much stronger over
long spans not that expensive.. and why no bolts only nails and no lag
    bolts
and looks like 2 ft centers on the floor joists i bet it you jump it is
    like a trampoline

Why not hier a helper and make things easy on yourself? Jesus man!. I
noticed you are not staggering the joints on your OSB either. That’s a big
no no. Also OSB is a shit product.

Great vidoe. The garage looks awesome! I wonder if the building permists
    hard to get?
My parents have 1 acre of land and a garage like this would be a great
    addition.
