This part of the garage was directly on ledge, super hard vermont rock. I
didn’t want to blast it out. So the alternative was just filling this part
in. Instead I made a short 5 foot section to store my toys! :)
I get your point on that!!! It would be very difficult to get more depth by
blasting out bedrock!!! And 7 foot is a about 1.90 m if I’m not mistaken!
Only where there is a trusher you will have to compromise a bit!! Keeps you
humble; walking like that through your garage!!! Yeahh!!! And I imagine
it’s more than sufficient riding in and out your toys!! And for repair or
maintenence you can ride them in in the upper part of the garage!!!
Congratulations! Gerard Puerto Montt
Ahh!! I was mistaking on the terminology!! They are called joices!!! I have
to get used to the english terminology!! And after using all my life the
metric system now I’m measuring here also everything in inches!!! They call
these inches “pulgadas” here in Chile!!
Great idea but you should have used nailer plates over all those spots you
ran it through a joist. Idea being that if you penetrate with nail/ screw/
whatever it will hit that. Hopefully the hose that is floating will give to
a screw or nail if it comes in contact.
Dude, this is awesome! Gonna be a late night watching it all! Thank you for
doing this!
Thanks Man! Enjoy!
Hight is tight in this part of the garage!? Why did you plan it to be like
that?
You’re welcome!
