    Someone called me Safety Sally…but anyhow…is there a way out up
    there…questionmark…yeah..still haven’t found out why the keyboard is
    mixed up!! My point is that you have a garage with obviously vehicles
    stationed in there!! You have a heating system and electricity!! Your
    vehicles have gasoline in their tanks and they can produce vapours which
    are inflamable! Have you an emergyplan or exit…have you got some
    fireextinguishingequipment? ahhh..found the questionmark under upperscore!!!

    ya all that insulation will mould with no roof vents, thats why you have a
    soffit so warm air rises and pulls cooler air through your soffit venting
    your cieling for all that condensation that will occur tthere especially
    with a metal roof
