    In an earlier video, he said that the upstairs would mainly be used for
    storage, along with an area for the kids and maybe a guest bedroom.

    Sorry, so late to respond! Yeah, the upstairs will be an office, and space
    for the kids, and a guest bedroom for parents and, well, guests! :)
