Custom Low Profile Garage Door Install

I have 8 tons of pellets arriving in a week, and the door they need to come in through is not really a door (the door panels are screwed to the wall) It’s time to custom fit a conventional garage door into a hole without a header.

First things first, assemble all my parts. Find the hinges and tracks and door panels.

I needed to figure out which panels were the best of the 5 I had because one was dented (bought it that way)

The opening was short but happened to exactly fit 4 panels.
