Ok, so first off. Use thicker plywood. I wasn’t happy with how bendy and warpy this plywood was.
Next step! Fill it in with sand.
So after nailing all those sleepers down, I found out almost instantly that they were not holding.
So the bedrooms are going to have wood floors, specifically nail down wood floors. Therefore concrete is not an option as I can’t nail into it. So the method I choose was to lay out sleepers to support the floor

I decided that more than anything I wanted warm floors. I wanted my heat to come from everywhere instead of one duct, or one radiator. I have allergies to dust, so forced air was out of the question. Running baseboards
