1 inch thick!? For the ceiling? That is more the size you could use for the
floor!? Anyhow, you can fasten them directly on the joists!!! And it will
look nice!!
I was researching the Jaw Horse when I stumbled upon you. Here in the East
Coast UK I had to special order from Australia. My curiosity got the better
of me & I started from your first video, till the last. Glad I did. The
quality I admire is the DIY attitude. I lived on a farm & had to be
resourceful, something sadly lacking in folk these days. But most of all
your calm & pleasant nature, especially when things go wrong, (although
that could just be clever editing..lol). Keep the videos coming!
Ah good ol’ curiosity. It sure does lead me around. I’m glad you’ve stuck
around and watched ’em. I plan to have a whole bunch more. Oh, and yeah I
still love my Jawhorse. Used it this past weekend for scaffolding, so
stable with the other side on a ladder rung. And yeah, the videos might be
misleading, sometime when stuff goes wrong, they’ll be one thing or another
flying through the air. :) But most of the time, I’m pretty laid back about
mistakes or errors, it’s life! :)
You have that constructed and insulated better than most homes! Great job,
I am going to duplicate a lot of what you are doing, you could sell this
video series! Well done!!!
