LOL you can’t span 20 feet with lumber, thats beyond spans carpenters can
design, you need a structural engineer or engineered wood product for those
spans, I would recomend beefing up the first 2 floors with poinloads and
closer joist and stud spacing and 3 ply cripples and headers atleast, and
you would undoubtedly require a few shear walls for something with that
many floors

kind of want to know where is the building inspector or is this a state
where you don’t have to get it done until you are finished. just asking
